Shipping policy
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing. Typical delivery takes approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch, although courier, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery may also be free on selected products or available from R199, depending on the product and delivery route. The exact options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Products may be dispatched through fulfilment locations in China/Hong Kong, the USA or Europe. Tracking is provided when available, and products from the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
International shipments may attract customs or import-related charges. If a courier unexpectedly requests payment, contact us before paying or refusing delivery.
